If You Have Received a Tracking Number:
- If the shipment status is "Label Created" or "The shipment notification has been sent," please submit a ticket through our Contact Form.
- We will check with our Fulfillment Center regarding possible modifications and will update you within 24 to 48 business hours.
- If the shipment status has progressed beyond "Label Created" or "The shipment notification has been sent," the package may already be in transit. While we cannot guarantee modifications at this stage, we will make every effort to assist you.
